Journeys of a Lifetime
 The Artemis Foundation in
conjunction with spiritual centres all over the world, are offering
seven and fourteen day residential holiday retreats. Our Venues are
situated in beautiful locations and designed to facilitate
transformational experiences.
Peaceful oceans, rocks and caves, mountains, woodlands of floral
splendour reminding us that the 'Gardens of Eden' have not been taken
away. Each retreat is created anew around the dreams and aspirations of
those attending, with a focus on the spiritual and cultural influences
of the area. You are invited to come and explore the possibilities of

Course content
Cellular rejuvenation and creative freedom
What is the body's purpose? Let the body have healing as its purpose"
Is ageing a choice? Is physical immortality, or a the very least
longevity possible? All our retreats explore the myths and legends of
the Gods and Goddesses from all cultures. They were said to be
immortal. We must regain the magical power they posses, reconnect with
the archetypal, ancient energies, discover what relevance they have in
our modern society and particularly, our personal lives.
Aims:
 To empower you to go far
beyond the limitations you perceive yourself to have. To discover
within, the power, courage and skills to make your life a masterpiece
of your own imagination. To bring aliveness, joy and potency into the
way that you are in life and empower you to have your life be a
fulfilling expression of yourself and your dreams. To bring forth the
Goddess and Warrior within you.
We will be working with energy breathing to focus Rejuvenation,
meditation, special advanced spiritual exercises and play with
Transformational Theatre using drama dance and voice therapy
techniques, plus plenty of time to explore the area and spiritual
sites, and to swim and sunbathe.
You will leave the retreat feeling rejuvenated, with real and proven
skills and faith in yourself. As our beautiful planet earth evolves, we
will move with her into fuller awareness of our Light-Bodies and Soul's
Purpose.
Past Retreats
In BALI, we were enchanted with traditional Balinese Dancers enacting
the ancient 'War between Good and Evil', and met the Medicine Man in
Ubud; In beautiful Polzeath, we enjoyed Vision Quests overlooking the
thundering surf of North Cornwall; In Ibiza, we were inspired with Fire
Ceremonies at Dawn on the cliffs, swimming in the heat of the day in
the retreat's crystal clear pool, and getting fantastic bargains at the
traditional Spanish market!
